Shipping Policy

Every order from Custom Watering Cans is custom and made to order, so shipping works a little differently than an off-the-shelf product. This policy explains our general approach. Specific timelines and costs are always confirmed on your individual quote.

Production & timelines

Production begins once you approve your mockup. Standard production typically takes about three to four weeks, and special finishes like copper or custom powder-coat colors may add a short step. These are estimates that vary by order size, material, decoration method, and current volume. Rush production may be available for a firm season or event date — ask us for a target date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.

Shipping costs

Shipping is quoted per order based on quantity, can size, and destination and is typically added to your final invoice. Metal cans are heavier than plastic, and larger cans take more volume, which we factor into your freight quote.

Delivery & tracking

Estimated transit times vary by destination and carrier and are not guaranteed. We provide tracking once your order ships. We ship nationwide across the United States, and internationally on request.

Multiple destinations

We can split a single order across multiple addresses — provide a distribution list with your order, useful for multi-office gifting or drop-shipping event giveaways.
